Day-one build — the first company. An AI operator that builds and runs a company from a single idea (Next.js, Neon, Anthropic API, Stripe). Live in ~14h; opened $169 of TikTok paid acquisition.
DAY 001
HOLD · Creator
Paused paid acquisition after 48h — the product stays live. Acquisition worked — CTR 1.7%->3.3%, CPC $3.22->$2.57, 77 signups — but conversion and delivery failed: the paywall sat before any value so signups bounced, and the only paying customer regenerated his pitch deck 3x (output wasn't good enough). ROAS fell 2.5x->1.2x, ~breakeven. Verdict: stop spending until the funnel + output quality are fixed, then restart paid.
