BUILD · Rose

Day-three build (in development) — Restaurant OS, a self-serve hospitality ops SaaS for restaurant owners (invoices, bills, cash flow, vendors, inventory). The spine is being lifted from an internal multi-tenant ops portal (Next.js + Prisma + Postgres + NextAuth + Stripe) and wrapped as a self-serve product: email/password signup, plan select, Stripe Checkout, scoped workspace. Two tiers planned — Starter $99/mo (invoices, bills, cash flow, 1 location), Pro $299/mo (adds inventory, transitions, AI inbox). Public URL pending; not yet shipped.
